1. Who we are

The website holaquetal.pt is run by Anabela Cardoso, a sole trader, with tax number (NIF) 254969305 and registered address at Tv. Fundevila 4, 4810-107 Urgezes, Guimarães, Portugal, hereafter "HOLA QUE TAL". For any question about personal data, write to geral@holaquetal.pt.

2. What data we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts or comments. We only receive personal data when you contact us directly, by email, WhatsApp or social media. In that case, we handle what you send us: your name, your contact details and the content of your message.

3. Why we use the data

• To reply to your requests and prepare quotes. Legal basis: steps taken at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract.
• To provide the services you hire, issue invoices and meet legal and tax obligations. Legal basis: performance of a contract and compliance with a legal obligation.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as needed for the purposes above. Invoicing data is kept for the period required by law (generally 10 years). Contacts from requests that do not go ahead are deleted after 12 months.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We use providers that handle data on our behalf, such as the website hosting service (myPTisp), email, WhatsApp (Meta) and our accountant. These providers may only use the data to provide us with their service.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and for portability. Just write to geral@holaquetal.pt. If you think we handle your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.

7. Cookies and storage in your browser

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

• Chosen language. When you switch language with the PT, EN or FR selector, the site saves that choice in your browser (local storage), so it does not switch language again. It does not identify anyone and you can delete it in your browser settings.
• Fonts. The fonts (Bebas Neue and Space Mono) are hosted on this site. Your browser does not make requests to Google to load them.
• External links. Instagram and WhatsApp have their own privacy and cookie policies.

8. Complaints Book

As required by law, we provide the Electronic Complaints Book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
